The house sleeps 8-12 guests and has two living areas with Internet, Rokus, TV's in every room. An outdoor covered seating area with an oversized picnic table features a propane, flat, and charcoal grill, smoker, a fire pit, and a custom horseshoe pit. it's not a 1 minute walk to the lake. Airbnb auto populates that info based on googlemaps location. It's 1/2 mile drive.

THIS HOME FEAUTURES ITSELF AS A SUMMERTIME LAKE HOUSE, AND A PLACE TO STAY IN THE SPRING AND FALL FOR FISHING. IN ADDITION, IT IS A NICE PLACE TO STAY IF YOU ARE IN THE AREA WORKING TEMPORARILY. WE HAVE HOSTED MULTIPLE WORK CREWS FROM 2-30 DAYS.

This home has been arranged to accommodate MULTIPLE GUESTS comfortably on the inside and outside. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a hybrid living room bedroom. It sleeps 8 comfortably(3 queen and 2 twins) but can sleep up to 12(pull out sofa, couch, air mattress) Plenty of furniture available in the living areas. High speed internet, and ROKU TV's in every room!! Plenty of cooking utencils, more than we have in our own house!

This home has multiple options for outside cooking and entertaining with ample cookware. Located in the same area as the covered patio/grill area is a custom built HORSESHOE PIT, and TETHER-BALL. Bring a hammock to hang! In the garage you will find bago boards, washers, a portable volleyball net, kan jam, and lawn chairs! Also for your use will be 2 KAYAKS. A sit on top wilderness ride and a sit in marvel liquid logic. paddles and lifevests included.

some nice amenities are a 5 BURNER GRILL, A POKER SET, FOLD OUT CIRCULAR TABLE, TV trays, AIR FRYER, A MASSAGE CHAIR, BOARD GAMES, DVD'S, ETC... There are TV's and ROKUS in all rooms!

Just down the road on the way to the lake is the Chicken Creek General Store and Cafe. They have a cafe, non ethanol gas, firewood, and typical lake store stuff.

UP to 2 Potty , house trained, and well behaved DOGS only allowed! PLEASE no dogs on furniture.

The garage will be available for light storage! Here, you will also find extra lawn chairs, extra propane, a cooler available for use and the other outdoor stuff mentioned in description

Come enjoy relaxing and playing outside, going fishing or boating at the lake, trout fishing at the dam, deer or duck hunting at a nearby WMA, and enjoying a fire outside. Also, FLOATING THE ILLINOIS RIVER in Tahlequah is 30 minutes away. This is a very nice getaway for all seasons. We hope you and your family and friends make many great memories during your stay!

The property has plenty of parking for your boat(s). You are welcome to park your boat at the house, just use your own judgement. Most guests park their boat at the house and there have been no issues! 4-wheel drive is recommended for trailering! BUT Since the house is located on a sloped grated gravel road, included will be 2 outdoor boat parking spots at a boat and RV storage facility(corner of S 527 rd and Chicken Creek) address is33983 s 527 road. towards the lake less than half a mile from the house. see other things to note full details.

For your boat(s), if you choose, you will have 2 uncovered spots available at a storage unit less than a half mile down the road towards the lake. It will be on the corner of Chicken Creek road and 527 road. If coming from the highway, you will turn R onto S 527 road off Chicken Creek Road. The place will be to your immediate left. Once entering the gated outdoor parking area for boats and RV's, you will be facing a white house. you will turn left just past the house and the spots will be marked for "Chicken Creek Casa guests" with a sign on the fence. You do not have to check in or call anybody to park your boat. All necessary arrangements have been made.
