Overview
We are seeking a creative and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support the development and execution of digital marketing, social media content, and visitor engagement initiatives. This role blends hands-on content creation with strategic marketing support, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys both storytelling and execution.
The Marketing Coordinator will help grow brand awareness, increase audience engagement, and support tourism and visitor experience efforts through compelling content, campaigns, and communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Digital Marketing
Manage daily content and engagement across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns
Create engaging video content for social media, streaming platforms, and television
Capture, edit, and curate photo and video assets for marketing use
Design digital graphics and print materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
Monitor trends and contribute ideas for ongoing content strategy
Content & Website Management
Write, edit, and publish blog content for the organization’s website
Maintain consistent brand voice across all digital platforms
Support website updates and basic content management system (CMS) tasks
Analytics & Reporting
Track and report monthly social media and campaign performance
Provide insights and recommendations based on engagement and reach data
Maintain CRM data accuracy and segmentation within HubSpot
Visitor Experience & Communications
Assist in developing visitor itineraries and promotional materials
Provide customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Coordinate communication with visitors, partners, and stakeholders
Administrative Support
Record meeting notes and prepare agendas as needed
Request and track lodging tax reports to support organizational reporting
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field OR 3+ years of relevant experience
Experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization
Strong skills in content creation, including graphics, photo, and video editing
Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Preferred
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
Background in tourism, hospitality, or destination marketing
Experience with paid social media advertising campaigns
