Kaylin SysomphouI had a great experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. The customer service really stood out. The staff checked on us, answered our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed. You can tell they care about their guests and work hard to make everyone feel comfortable. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. I highly recommend!

Austin HarwoodI used to love this place, started going here in 2023 and have annually but I floated the weekend after the 4th of July this year and it was sold out, which was awesome. But there is one toilet in the electric/primitive area combined! They always had multiple porta potties in years past. There was literally a line to poop, and the toilet didnt flush. Military pile. Its not too late to fix this, but in the meantime take "Resort" out of your name.

Travis HI was hesitate on booking a campsite and float trip with them after reading some of the reviews. They did have some issues with their booking system because they were in the middle of migration when we called in May. Once we got there, they were nothing but friendly and helpful. On July 4th they probably ran close to 1,000 down the river. Everything was smooth and professional. Big shout out to Bear that guy is solid and probably deserves a raise or at least a bonus. He is exactly who you need running your operations at the river.
