Terri McBrideThis is a smaller museum which does contain interesting exhibits on the Cherokee justice system and the publishing of their newspaper. We were able to see everything in an hour. There is also a small gift shop in side.

Travis R.The staff were pleasant and inviting. They are off to the right as you enter, just in case you don't see them upon entering. The facilities are well kept and maintained. Though this one smells a bit stuffy. Throughout the building they have small windows that let you look back at the original conditions of the courthouse before they rehabilitated it. The exhibits here were neat and informative. I saw and learned a lot.

Faron DavidsonAwesome museum of Cherokee history. They did a fantastic job of converting the old courthouse into a museum. The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend everyone check this place out. Tribal members and non tribal members both, even if you are local it's worth it. The museum has a nice collection of artifacts as well as art.

La Tessa HWe are Cherokee and we learned a lot more history when we visited here. We learned how the newspaper came to be and why it came to an end. I would definitely recommend visiting here for the wealth of information they have. The building is also the OLDEST building still standing in all of Oklahoma, that is worth the visit alone!
